Another week??

Is it the end of June already???  I am having a hard time believing another week has gone by! Time is moving extra fast these days. Having the grandkids around and helping their momma learn to drive really fills a day. I love it though, how could I not??  :-)

This week at S:CY, Ali has created a lovely versatile drawing.

I hope you like my interpretation of it. We've had such a wonderful time with the grandkids here this month. Taking Gabby out back to pick the first wild strawberries of the season is a great memory her papa won't soon forget!

Family Man

This week over at S:CY, Ali designed a really versatile sketch for all those "big photos" we have hanging around. I didn't use one of my big photos for this sketch because I wanted to see how I could make the sketch work for some photos on my desk.

I very rarely show photos of my husband and haven't done a layout with my daughter in it for a long time. I hope you enjoy this peek of them!

Hmm... blogger seems to have changed its features since I've been away. I'll try to figure things out but in the meantime, here's a layout I did using the colorful Imaginisce Hello Cupcake collection from Tina's Scrapbooking store. What fun papers to scrap all those fabulous birthday memories!

This is my grandson enjoying his first birthday cake. Actually it wasn't "really" his birthday, he'd already had that at home but it was his first birthday at Nana's house!

Still Here!

Hi everyone I know that I have been absent so long. I have neglected my blog responsibilities lately but all for a good reason. My beautiful grandbabies have been visiting and are bundles of fun and energy! I'm making memories instead of scrapping them. I hope to have a lot to show you when things settle down. In the meantime I wanted to let you know that I have not forgotten you!
