No longer stalled

I know this may surprise some of you, my readers, but I do have other subjects besides my grandkids and my dog! I actually have children. :-)

Here's a layout of my beautiful girl. She's graduating from Briercrest College and Seminary in Saskatchewan next month with her four-year Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies degree. We're so proud of her and looking forward to what her future holds!

The tag you'll recognize from a couple of days back, but the paper is from the Scrappin Sports line sold at Tina's Scrapbooking!

Thanks for checking this out. I did a challenge over at Scrapshotz using this layout wherein I tried my hand at Glimmer Mist..  It didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped. I obviously need moe practice.

In the meantime, have a scrap-happy day!

Of course this layout is beautiful, Mum, and not just because it has me in it :)

    Love you!

  4. Love the metallic accents on this page! Hang in there with the glimmer mist. It definitely takes some practice to get it how you like it!

  5. I'm not a big fan of the glimmer mist. I've tried a few times over the years and it always seems to end up sloppy or crinkly. This time, when I saw my paper dried, I said to my husband "holy crinkled paper batman"! What other response could I have! LOL
